Why is this the answer

Why are private schools the answer to school problems?  Government officials that want to make these changes to privatize education have not explain by changing over all the public schools to private schools improve the quality of education.  If they say having private companies or organizations run these schools and pump more money into them as well run them more efficient, then I ask how come the government cannot do the same thing.  They seem to be taking the pressure of them and putting it on somebody else who will in turn most likely turn the blame back on the kids or community.  Private schools are suppose to be the best schools and if minorities fail in them then maybe they are not that smart.  I can see that argument coming.  This is not the answer and if private schools replace public schools on a large scale then we will see that quality of education will not change at all.  There will still be areas that are predominately white will still get more capital per student than areas that are minority dominated.  Just look at what is happening over seas.  That as not been a successful experiment, why would they think the United States would be any different.
