There are definite positives to privatization of the schools, but we know that not everybody can go to these schools. The reason why some cannot go to these schools is because of money issues. What will youths do if all public schools are made private? I’m sure that the government will give these school money to allow schools to take in students like they do now, but what happens when there is more students than money to go around. Will the laws change and not every student have to attend school?
There are issues that I do not think everybody is considering. What happens if schools or companies that run these schools decide to raise the money needed to go to school like they do in college. Do we want our grade schools just like college, and we know that everybody has the right to go to college but not everybody has the opportunity. I think this will happen at our schools if they all become private. What responsibility will schools have if they decide to shut down because they say the cost is too much. Will the states or government have any say so in how they will run?
